Embracing Change in the New Year

Happy New Year to all! Hopefully you have been able to cherish time with loved ones, or get some much needed alone time to relax and recharge during the holiday season.
A New Year brings new opportunities for connection and growth. With Cognition, Speech & Language entering its second year in operation, there are some new changes mixed in with familiar content that we are excited to bring forth to the community. Here is a peak of what to expect:
  • Continue to provide high quality, individualized treatment sessions online for adults with acquired neurological or developmental needs.
  • Individual treatment services will be offered for Medicare Part B beneficiaries beginning February 2022!
  • The Aphasia and Cognitive Reorganization Groups will remain online throughout 2022 to allow for a broader reach to participants across Georgia, Maryland, and North Carolina.
  • Caregiver services will be offered beginning in February 2022. These services will consist of sessions that are separate from individual and group treatment to address in depth needs, education, and emotional support of family or friends who are providing care to a loved one.
  • Monthly blogging will continue through the Cognition, Speech & Language website! Be sure to look out for our weekly posts on LinkedIn and Facebook as well, which will reflect greater connection to content presented in monthly blog posts.
Cognition, Speech & Language is excited to continue to offer the online community access to superior treatment and access to resources for another year! If you are new to the community, be sure to contact us for a free 45 minute consultation to see if one of our services is right for you. Let 2022 be a fresh start.
