Mental Health & Communication: Supporting Neurodivergent Adults During Mental Health Awareness Month5/12/2025 May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a time to elevate conversations around emotional well-being, reduce stigma, and advocate for accessible care. For neurodivergent adults, mental health and communication are deeply connected. In this post, we’ll explore how communication challenges can impact mental health in neurodivergent adults—and how targeted speech therapy support can make a meaningful difference. April is Autism Acceptance Month, a time to move beyond awareness and toward real inclusion and understanding.
