The human brain is an intricate powerhouse, responsible for our thoughts, emotions, and actions. For individuals with neurodevelopmental profiles like autism and ADHD, or acquired neurological conditions such as stroke or traumatic brain injury (TBI), nurturing brain health is pivotal. Thankfully, various functional strategies can be tailored to support and prioritize brain health across the neurological spectrum.
