Coaching for Cognitive Management & Wellness

All services at CSL are delivered through secure teletherapy, allowing you to access support from your own space—without the added burden of commuting, masking, or navigating inaccessible environments.

Teletherapy is intentionally structured to support working adults with full schedules, fluctuating energy levels, and complex responsibilities.

What Coaching Sessions Look Like

Coaching sessions are collaborative and flexible. Together, we:

  • Clarify goals that are meaningful to you
  • Develop personalized strategies you can use immediately

Sessions may look different week to week depending on your workload, stress levels, and priorities.
