September is Healthy Aging Month, a time to focus on the positive aspects of growing older and to highlight the lifestyle choices that can lead to a longer, healthier, and happier life. Aging is a natural process, and while we can't stop the clock, we can certainly take steps to ensure that we age well (and function well as long as possible!).
